Paying Your Rent
It is your responsibility for ensuring your rent is paid every month. You can choose how to pay your rent in the following ways:
Direct Debit
Paying by Direct Debit is one of the most convenient and safest ways to make payments. To pay by Direct Debit, you will need to complete a Direct Debit mandate which we can provide you with. Please call us on 0131 317 7227.
Other easy ways to pay
Online - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging onto the allpay website using your tenancy reference number. This can be found on your rent statement or by contacting the relevant Housing Team. You can also download the mobile app to make a payment.
Allpay - at any Post Office or Pay Point outlet using your Allpay card. You can also telephone Allpay on 0330 041 6497. This service is accessible from any landline or mobile phone with a touch tone keypad and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Standing Order - a safe and easy bank arrangement can be made by contacting your bank to set this service up.

Difficulty Paying Your Rent
We want to suport all our tenants, and we're especially keen to hear from any tenants that are experiencing financial difficulties that may impact their ability to pay rent.
We would encourage anyone facing financial distress to contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can discuss how we may be able to support you. We can offer advice to help you avoid getting into debt.
