Raeden Court is situated on the west side of Aberdeen and about two miles from the city centre, Raeden Court is a modern housing complex designed to provide accommodation for disabled people within an integrated community setting. Opened in 1983, it includes homes developed for wheelchair users and people who have limited mobility. There are also flats around the development for nondisabled people. Raeden Court is close to accessible local shops, health centres, a community centre, library and both primary and secondary schools. Both Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital are less than a mile away.
Accessing our Care Homes
We work with the social work team to identify residents for our care homes when we have a vacancy. If you are looking for a care home then contact your local social work team who will arrange for an assessment to be conducted and then give you advice on the options available to you.
What care services can we provide for you?
We are entirely focused on providing personalised and individual services to design a tailored, flexible support package with you and your family. Our teams are friendly, committed, motivated and trained to the highest level, which ensures the best possible outcomes are achieved for our customers.
Currently we provide care services for adults, older people and individuals with physical disabilities, mental health issues, sensory impairment and learning disabilities. We also have highly specialist skills in supporting adults with Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia and Huntington's disease.
How much will it cost and who pays?
This will depend on your income. The social work team will provide advice and information during you assessment on the amount of care and support that the local authority will pay for and what, if anything you will have to contribute from your own funds.
