We are delighted with the level of participation and response to our large tenant survey this year. Your feedback will help us to improve our existing customer service and shape the design of our independent living services in the future.
This year marks Blackwood’s 50th anniversary and as we reflect on the legacy of Margaret Blackwood our founder, we are also setting out ambitious plans for how we will support more people to live independently in the next 50 years. By creating a plan based on your priorities, our goal is to improve customer satisfaction and provide the foundation to deliver high quality services in the future.
