End to Repairs Pause
We are pleased to announce that we are now lifting the pause on non-emergency repairs, with a full service expected to be in place by 1st April 2024.
We paused non-emergency repairs in October 2023 to allow us to focus on managing a backlog of repairs to bring empty homes back up to standard.
Our staff and contractors have been busy during this period and have successfully repaired and let 64 homes during the pause on non-emergency repairs.
We will be contacting customers who have reported a non-emergency repair to us to arrange for the work to be carried out over the next few weeks.
