Tenant Consultation - Rents & Service Charges 23/24
Blackwood is now in consultation about the proposed increase to rent and service charges which will be applied from April 2023. Your views are important so that we can take them into account before we make the decision.
You can give your feedback by:
1. Completing the online questionnaire: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/BlackwoodRent2022
2. Returning your questionnaire in the freepost envelope provided (you will receive this if mailing is your set preference)
3. Replying to the email with your answers (you will receive this if email is your set preference)
To give as many tenants as possible the opportunity to take part in the consultation we have also asked our partners at Research Resource to phone a selection of tenants who have not responded to the initial survey. If you receive a call, please agree to complete the questionnaire over the phone. We may also invite you to a focus group to discuss these proposals - if you would like to join these discussions, please contact our Customer Service Centre and our Advisors will take a note of your details.
