Anyone 16 years of age or over can put their name our housing list. Applicants may also be Blackwood Homes tenants who wish to transfer.

We have nominations agreements with some local councils for the allocation of a percentage of its housing. This means the local authority is asked to nominate applicants from our own housing list for (usually) every second vacancy we have. We recommend that as well as completing our application form, you also apply to your local council. This will maximise your chances of being housed.
